PCA peels are acknowledged in prominent medical textbooks as the originator of advanced blended chemical peel formulations.  PCA peels are only available through physicians and licensed professionals.  These peels gently stimulate, firm and tighten skin.  Advanced ingredients are carefully blended and work synergistically to remove dull, damaged surface layers without the ¨down¨ time often associated with chemical peels.

There are a variety of PCA peels offered in Indianapolis and Carmel, depending on the skin issues you are facing, our medical aesthetician will decide which peel(s) will have the best results for your skin type.

Our PCA peels vary in price from $75 per treatment to $125 per treatment.

The Obagi Blue Peel is an in-office procedure designed to significantly improve the appearance of your skin.  This peel is done by using a low concentration of the chemical trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and mixing it with a special blue base to slow penetration.  The Obagi Blue Peel allows the medical aesthetician to monitor the appropriate depth to effectively remove the thin surface layers of aged and damaged skin from the face or other parts of the body.  These dead skin cells are replaced by healthier ones, allowing the skin’s own clarity and tightness to resurface.  The procedure is performed by your licensed aesthetician, in Indianapolis and Carmel, who has specialized training and experience with this highly effective peel.  This peel can be performed on the face, neck, chest, hands, back, arms and legs.

Immediately after the Obagi Blue Peel, a bluish tint remains on your skin but will wash off in 12 – 24 hours.  Peeling will continue over the next several days and should be completely healed in 7 to 10 days.   Our medical aesthetician will explain this process to you in much greater detail during your consultation.

Add-On Peels

Following microderm or dermaplane treatments, it’s a great idea to do an add-on peel for maximum results.  Our add-on peels are customized by our medical aesthetician based on your individual skincare needs.

MicroPeel

MicroPeel is a 3-step process that removes micro-layers of skin and refines the epidermis.  This process also helps smooth out uneven skin tone for a more vibrant complexion.

MicroPeel Plus

MicroPeel Plus is an exceptional skin renewal treatment that includes the application of salicylic acid in the form of micro-crystals.  It loosens dead cells from the surface of the skin revealing new skin cells underneath.  Light to moderate peeling begins around day 3.  During the peeling phase, we recommend a Pure Enzyme treatment.

Intense Resurfacing Treatment

Intense Resurfacing Treatment is for patients who have already had microdermabrasion and peels and want a more aggressive result.  This treatment involves triple exfoliation of the skin.

Teen Acne Clear-Up Peel

This peel is a Jessner´s solution (lactic acid, salicylic acid, resorcinol and ethanol) that is effective for cleaning and controlling acne and acne-related conditions.  This treatment is recommended weekly for severe acne or twice monthly for moderate acne.

Microdermabrasion

In about 30 minutes, a stream of fine, microscopic crystals is directed over the surface of the skin using a patented hand piece that creates enough vacuum stimulation to increase blood flow to the surface of the skin, helping the reformation of collagen and elastin.  Microdermabrasion gives you a smoother, refined look.
