Tired of sagging arm skin? An arm lift is a great way to recontour a patient’s upper arms to help them look slim and well-sculpted.

During a patient’s arm lift procedure, the plastic surgeon first makes the necessary incisions. One incision is made in each arm. These incisions usually begin at the bottom of the inner elbow and stretch across the inner upper arm. They may end at the armpit or sometimes extend past it for more extensive trimming.

Only once the incisions have been created can the plastic surgeon remove excess drooping skin tissue. The remaining upper arm skin is redraped, and then medical stitches are used to seal the incision areas.

The skilled board-certified plastic surgeons at My Plastic Surgery Group will be happy to tell you more about the arm lift procedure during a consultation. Arrange an appointment by contacting our office.
