Lisa Greaves
Practice Director & RN
Lisa comes to us with over 12+ years’ experience as an Operating Room Nurse. Over those years, she efficiently managed and streamlined the daily tasks to ensure for a smooth day in the OR. Her Leadership abilities brought her to My Plastic Surgery Group as the Practice Director. You can catch her all around the office, helping wherever is needed.
Up Close & Personal
When I am not working, I love to spend time with family and friends and the grandkids of course. I enjoy outdoor projects, painting furniture and planting flowers. We like to camp in our camper, boat, and hike. We take our dogs everywhere with us and you can find us in downtown Carmel almost every Friday night looking for live music!
I met my husband in 2009 after a divorce and he brought to me 3 more children! We have 4 daughters, 1 son and 3 grandchildren. We are fortunate that our children live very close and visit often, which is a blessing even with the large grocery bill!
Education
- Purdue University, BS in Management with a minor in finance, graduated 1994
- Ivy tech, Nursing degree, RN Board exam passed, graduated 2005

Danusia Vargas
Registered Nurse and Licensed Aesthetician
Danusia Vargas has 20+ years of experience in Aesthetics and 10+ years as an RN. In addition to being an expert injector of neurotoxins and fillers, she offers a variety of services including Permanent Make up, Sciton Laser treatments, Morpheus 8, CoolTone, CoolSculpting, Custom Facials, and more! She strives for creating a comfortable and soothing space for aesthetic treatments while providing medical grade results. She is a master at creating expert aesthetic treatment plans that are custom to achieving your specific goals.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and two boys, travleing and working out.

Nate Vowels has been in the Aesthetic Industry with top Indianapolis Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists for 15 years. He has a strong passion for skincare, as well as helping clients put their best face forward by using progressive facial treatments and tailored skin care regimens.
He is continually educating himself within the field of aesthetics and prides himself on his exceptional customer service and ability to relate to his patients on a personal level. Jessica strives to provide a relaxing environment while achieving clinical results!
In her free time, Jessica likes to practice her drawing skills as she aspires to be a tattoo artist someday….or, maybe a master pizza maker, the sky’s the limit!

Front Desk Operations & Client Liaison
Andrea is the first face our patients see when they come through our door. Her smile and friendly demeanor will make you instantly feel warmed and welcomed. She has 6 years of experience with our practice and has worked a variety of positions throughout. She is extremely knowledgeable on aesthetics and surgical procedures. What she enjoys most about her job is meeting the patients and hearing their journey with our practice, whether they are first time patients or long-time loyal patients. In her free time, she loves Pilates, spending time with her three children, and traveling.

Kelly Brannon
Marketing and Business Relations
Kelly has 14 plus years’ experience in customer service and luxury sales. She brings creativity and optimal customer service to the practice! She began at the practice working front desk concierge and customer service offering a friendly and inviting experience for the patients. She has also worked as Patient Care Coordinator working directly to help prepare patients through their surgical journey from start to finish. Currently she has taken on the role of Marketing and Social media advertising, showcasing to a wide audience everything our practice offers.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, being outdoors, baking, and traveling.

Sabrina Thompson
Client Billing & Financial Operations | Spanish Translator
Sabrina was born and raised in Venezuela and moved to the United States in 2004. Spanish is her first language. She studied Public Relations at Ball State University and also has a degree in Business Management.
With over 12 years of experience in customer service, client development, and management, she has built a strong background and passion for skincare and cosmetic sales. She owns a Spanish interpreting business, which allows her to connect with and support diverse communities.
Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys traveling, boating, trying new restaurants, event planning, and making memories with her husband, two children, family, and friends.

Amanda James
Surgical Coordinator and Medical Assistant
Amanda brings over 20 years of experience in the Medical field. She has worked in the OR, Labor and Delivery, Histologic Technician, and Ophthalmology as an instrument technician and Medical Assistant. She has also spent time working in Dermatology as surgical coordinator. Her experience and skill set have lead her to Surgical coordinator, working directly with the patients throughout their surgical journey. She is the patient advocate from start to finish, and your go to for all surgical inquiries.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and boating!

Amanda Hobson
PA-C
Amanda Hobson is a board-certified physician assistant that graduated from Butler University in 2010. She grew up in Northwest Indiana in the small farming town of Kouts, Indiana. After graduating high school, she went to Indiana University in Bloomington to study Biology with interests in medicine. She obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant from Butler University in 2010. She has worked in surgical subspecialties of interventional radiology, orthopedic spine surgery, and now plastic surgery since 2010. She enjoys working closely with surgeons managing patients in the pre-operative and post-operative setting, in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. She has enjoyed working in the operating room as first assist and maintains hospital privileges at Carmel St. Vincent Hospital, Community Surgery Center North, and Wellbridge Surgical. Amanda holds certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since May 2010. She is ACLS and BLS certified. Amanda is an active member of The American Academy of PAs and also serves on the Board of Directors as Director at Large for the Indiana Academy of PAs. Amanda loves to serve the community working in healthcare.
Amanda has been married to her husband, John, for 14 years and they have 2 children
together. Outside of work, Amanda has many interests including spending time with her family
and friends, reading, singing, planting flowers, and shopping. Amanda has lived in Carmel,
Indiana since 2014 and actively attends a local church.

Heather Denison
Surgical Coordinator and Medical Assistant
Heather brings 12 plus years of experience in customer service and leadership. She has a passion for the beauty and aesthetic industry and worked as a cosmetologist for over 10 years in Kentucky and Indiana. Heather was thrilled to join the team at My Plastic Surgery Group. She has loved learning about plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. One of her favorite parts of her role is seeing the positive impact the Doctors and Providers have on their patients and seeing the patient’s confidence soar. In her free time, Heather loves spending time with her husband and son. She loves traveling, working out, and is always up for a DIY home project, big or small.
Evelyn Owens
Caregiver
Should your procedure necessitate an overnight stay, you will be afforded the esteemed care of either Evelyn or her team of our dedicated overnight caregivers. Throughout your stay, they will provide vigilant monitoring of your recovery progress. All caregivers maintain direct communication with Amanda, our Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C), as well as Dr. Aker and Dr. Beckman, ensuring a seamless and coordinated care experience.
Upon the morning following your procedure, you will be attended to by either our RN, Lisa or Physician Assistant, Amanda, who will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your condition. This evaluation is to ensure your readiness for discharge. Subsequently, your overnight caregiver will be formally relieved of their duties, marking the conclusion of your in-clinic post-operative care and signaling your preparedness to return home.
