Membership Terms and Conditions
Please review the following conditions before enrolling:
- Classic, Elite, and Premier members agree to a 12-month commitment.
- Members may upgrade at any time. Upgrading begins a new 12-month agreement and ends the lower-level membership.
- Members must complete their existing 12-month agreement before moving to a lower membership level.
- Members may pay for a full year in advance and receive access to membership benefits earlier. Annual prepayments are nonrefundable.
- Exclusive members-only promotions may be offered throughout the year.
- Membership discounts, monthly specials, pop-up specials, and other promotional offers cannot be combined.
- Members will receive the best eligible offer available at the time of treatment.
- November holiday specials are excluded from membership discounts and cannot be combined with additional member savings.
- Additional restrictions and treatment eligibility requirements may apply.

Can I use my membership funds for any treatment?
Monthly membership funds may be banked and used toward services or products offered by My Plastic Surgery Group. Treatment eligibility and applicable discounts may vary.
Do unused membership funds roll over?
Membership contributions are described as banked funds; however, patients should confirm rollover and expiration policies with our team before enrolling.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes. You may upgrade at any point during your agreement. The upgrade begins a new 12-month membership term and replaces your previous membership.
Can I downgrade my membership?
You may move to a lower membership level after completing your current 12-month agreement.
Can membership discounts be combined with specials?
No. Membership discounts cannot be combined with monthly, pop-up, holiday, or other promotional offers. You will receive the best eligible offer available.
Can I pay for the full year in advance?
Yes. Members may prepay for a full year and receive their benefits earlier. Annual membership payments are nonrefundable.
